Courtney Condy joined the Carey Hagglund Condy Team in 2024, bringing a lifetime of local knowledge and a deep connection to the Marin community. Growing up in Kentfield, Courtney attended Bacich Elementary School, Kent Middle School, and Redwood High School. As the daughter of Carey Condy, founder of the Carey Hagglund Condy Team, Courtney developed a passion for real estate from an early age.

A graduate of Bucknell University with a double major in East Asian Studies and International Relations, Courtney brings a unique global perspective, complemented by her fluency in Mandarin Chinese. Her leadership experience and dedication to exceptional client service allow her to guide clients through every step of their real estate journey.

Before transitioning into real estate, Courtney spent nearly a decade working in the outdoor industry, leading trips domestically and internationally for companies like Backroads and Rustic Pathways. She also founded Occupation Wild, a top outdoor job board, connecting people with adventure-filled careers.

Now, as a proud resident of San Anselmo, where she lives with her husband and young son, Courtney combines her love for Marin's natural beauty with a deep understanding of the local real estate market.
