Jonathan H. Lack has advised the Carey Hagglund Condy Team since 2018, focusing on strategic planning, operations streamlining, and financial planning, which has helped the team achieve the #1 Compass Marin County team ranking in 2022, 2023, and 2024.

In addition to his leadership roles with top teams across the country, including the Sally Forster Jones Group, Neal Ward Properties, and the Dana Green Team, Jonathan conducts strategic planning webinars in partnership with Steve Shull of Performance Coaching. He is the author of You Can't Scale Chaos and a co-author of The Real Estate Team Playbook. He is also the author of Plan to Turn Your Company Around in 90 Days.

With over 30 years of experience in strategic management across consumer and B2B markets, Jonathan has led initiatives in startups, mid-sized businesses, and Fortune 500 companies across more than 15 industries.

Jonathan holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, an MA in International Relations from Johns Hopkins University’s School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS),and a BA in Middle East Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
